New as a manager

More than 300 managers, leaders, and employees complete one of our programs each year. New as a Manager is designed for those who want to increase their confidence and competence in their role as a leader. The training provides you with the knowledge and tools to prioritize, lead, and stay focused on the individual, the group, and the organization.

The program spans 4 days and covers leading others, giving feedback and coaching, handling conflicts, different leadership styles, meeting techniques, and above all how to lead successful teams.

The course takes place in Helsingborg.
