New as Manager

More than 300 managers, leaders and employees undergo one of our programs every year. New as a manager is aimed at you who want to increase your security and competence in your work role as a manager and leader. The training gives you knowledge and tools to prioritise, lead and focus on the individual, group and organisation. The training spans 4 days where you gain knowledge in leading others, giving feedback and coaching, handling conflicts, different leadership styles, meeting techniques and above all leading successful teams.

The course takes place in Helsingborg.
