More than 300 managers, leaders, and employees undergo one of our programs every year. ”New as a Manager” is aimed at those who wish to enhance their confidence and competence in their role as a manager and leader. The training provides you with knowledge and tools to prioritize, lead, and focus on individuals, groups, and the organization. The program spans over 4 days, where you’ll gain insights into leading others, providing feedback and coaching, handling conflicts, various leadership styles, meeting techniques, and most importantly, leading successful teams.
This course is conducted in English.
