More than 300 managers, leaders, and employees participate in one of our programs each year. ”New as a Manager” is aimed at those who want to enhance their confidence and competence in their role as a manager and leader. The training provides you with knowledge and tools to prioritize, lead, and focus on the individual, the group, and the organization. The program spans over 4 days where you gain expertise in leading others, providing feedback and coaching, managing conflicts, different leadership styles, meeting techniques, and most importantly, leading successful teams.
